There are no additional costs, as our fee of 25% is only paid upon successful closings.

What is the cancellation policy?

Agents are required to provide a 30-day notice before discontinuing our services. However, they will still be responsible for the 25% fee on any referrals they have received up until that time.

Are there any contractual obligations?

NO! there is no time-bound contract. Agents have the freedom to cancel our services at any time without incurring cancellation charges. However, they will still be obligated to share 25% on referrals received through Agent Radius up until the cancellation date.

Are there any signup fees?

Yes, there is an initial ONE-TIME payment of $499 for individual agents, varying based on their targeted geographical territories.

Are there monthly fees or recurring charges?

Rest assured, there are NO HIDDEN or recurring charges associated with our services. As long as you are utilizing our services, there will be no additional deductions.

What is the quality of leads?

Quality takes precedence over quantity for us, as we are compensated per closing, not per lead. We focus on providing you with a select few leads that are highly likely to convert. We ensure that all key details align with your preferences before you even engage with the prospects, ensuring genuine interest and clear intent to buy or sell.

How do I receive leads?

All referrals will be introduced to real estate agents either through one of our support managers or by sharing appointment details via email or text, depending on your preference.

What level of support do we provide?

We offer agents 365-day support to ensure you receive the best possible service from our team. We also strive to ensure that our prospects receive exceptional assistance throughout the process.
