Refund Policy

AGENT/BROKER:

Agent/broker agrees to pay Agent Radius the greater of 20% for the broker and 25% for agents of the Gross Commission or the Minimum Referral Fee (the “Referral Fees”) for any real estate brokerage services of any and all real estate transactions (including subsequent purchase, sale or lease commissions on any property) involving the Referral during the Referral Coverage period.

REFERRAL FEES:

Referral fees are tied to the Referral. The obligation for Broker to pay Referral Fees under the Referral Agreement is not subject to an Agent’s continued employment or contractor relationship with Broker and is not waived, forgiven, or nullified upon the termination of such relationship. Should an Agent enter into a real estate transaction with a Referral during the Referral? Coverage Period, Broker and Agent will be jointly and severally responsible for the respective Referral Fees attached to that Referral.

MINIMUM REFERRAL FEES:

In the event Referral Fees are less than $599 for any purchase or sale transaction, the Broker agrees the Referral Fees shall be adjusted to $599.

SETUP FEE:

Agent/Broker agrees to a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of:

$499 to join the Agent Radius network for one user or Agent.
$4999 to join the Agent Radius network for a team of 10 active agents.
$12499 to join the Agent Radius network for a team of 30 active agents.

SETUP FEE CREDIT PROCEDURE:

Agent Radius will credit the one-time setup fee when the following condition is met for each purchased pricing plan:

Individual agents will be credited the amount of $499 after the first closing with Agent Radius.
Teams of 10 active agents will be credited the amount of $4999 after a total of 10 closings with Agent Radius.
Teams/Brokerage of 30 active agents will be credited the amount of $12499 after a total of 30 closings with Agent Radius.

TERM AND TERMINATION:

The Referral Service Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and will remain in effect for 6 months following the Effective Date and will automatically renew for a successive 6 months periods until terminated by either Party pursuant to this section. Agent Radius or Agent/Broker may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, at any time upon thirty (30) days prior to written or emailed notice of termination to the other party.

EFFECT OF TERMINATION:

Termination of the Referral Agreement by either party shall have no impact on any compensation, credits or discounts, or other amounts owing or payable or that are later earned as a result of a Referral Acceptance by Broker which occurred prior to the termination of this Agreement.

CANCELLATION PROCESS & POLICY:

An agent may cancel the agreement at any time without additional fees or obligations. However, the initial setup payment is only refunded in accordance with the terms listed above in the SETUP FEE CREDIT PROCEDURE. Cancellation prior to meeting these terms will not result in a setup fee refund.

In the event of cancellation prior to 24 months of the start of the initial agreement, agent(s) are obligated to provide commissions on any prospects provided by Agent Radius.

All cancellations are processed as per the terms of the referral agreement.
